I started my hairdressing career when I was only just 16 in Lebanon, this is where I learnt how to master the perfect bob and short hairstyles. In December 1997 I arrived in New Zealand to start a new adventure and to fine-tune my craft. I wanted to progress in my career and to offer a unique and bespoke experience to Wellington, this is where Jean Jacques Hair Design was born in 2000. After a busy week, I like to enjoy a nice Pinot Noir from Central Otago, a full body massage and fishing around Shelly Bay.

I have been hairdressing in Wellington since 1986 when I arrived from England. Prior to emigrating to New Zealand I worked in the UK and travelled the world. After many years of owning my own salons I have commenced working at Jean Jacques and looking after the hairdressing needs of clients who have been through this journey with me

Ching has 16 years of experience in the hair industry and specializes in creating modern, soft effortless hairstyles. She also lives for giving all her guests healthy, glam hair of their dreams.

Georgia enjoys all aspects of technical colour work, particularly blonde hair and balayage. She is competent in long curly frizzy hair, and promotes quality hair care both in salon and at home.

Kayla has built an immense passion for all things blonde. She is constantly evolving in her craft, and is dedicated to giving her clients the utmost bespoke colour experience.
